In 2004 360,000 people moved out of the UK to live abroad, a record estimate for the net outflow of British citizens.  Immigration and the flow of people is one of the biggest issues facing the 'developed' world.  But it is not just a one way street.  

This film is a lyrical document of the thoughts and feelings of seven British outflow migrants, their reasons for leaving the UK and their reflections of 'home'.

Shown at the London International Documentary Festival 2008, at the British Film Institute's National Film Theatre as part of an 'Emerging Documentary Filmmakers' programme, selected for the 3rd Aljazeera International Documentary Film Festival in Doha, 2007, included in the catalogue of MEDIMED doc market '07 and screened at Cineclub Detour, Rome.
